day 4 in my drastic weight loss journey

ALRIGHT THIS IS MY FIRST DAY ON THIS WEBSITE,AND SO FAR SO GOOD.I STARTED MY DIET ON 12-8-08,AT A STAGGERING 385 PDS,I KNOW HOLD YOUR GASPS,IM PROUD TO SAY UP  TILL TODAY 12-11-08, I LOST 7PDS,HOORAY AND THE CROWD GOES WILD..LOL. YOU KNOW THATS HUGE NUMBER IN ONLY 4 DAYS, SO  RIGHT NOW FEELING VERY STOKED ABOUT THE LOST,I JUS NEED TO KEEP THIS MOTIVATION GOING, WITH YOU GUYS HELP,I BELIEVE I CAN REACH MY GOAL, OF 250PDS, I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE, IS TRYIN TO RUN AWAY FROM THAT NUMBER,BUT FOR ME IM 6FT TALL, THAT LEAVES ME WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CURVES,I WANT TO BE A SHAPELY,HEALTHIER,ENERGETIC SIZE 14, I EAT SIX MEALS A DAY,4OZ OF PROTEIN,AND 40Z OF CARBS, THAT CAN BE VEGETABLES,OR A SMALL POTATOE..ETC.ALWAYS EAT A PROTEIN WITH A CARB,IT TURNS THE CARB INTO FUEL,INSTEAD OF THE CARB TURNING INTO SUGAR, AND STORING AS FAT. I EAT EVERY 2 OR 3 HRS.100 OUNCES OF WATER DAILY HMM HMM..30MINUTES OF CARDIO 5 TIMES A WEEK. RESITENCE TRAINING FOR MY UPPER AND LOWER BODY,WITH MY BANDS.I DO MY MEALS SIX TIMES A WEEK AND BREAK FOR 1 DAY A WEEK. I FIGURE WHAT I DO THE MOST, WILL HAVE THE MOST POSITVE EFFECT,SO I ALLOW MYSELF 1 CHEAT DAY.SO I WOULD KEEP EVERYONE POSTED,AND ILL PUT SOME WEEKLY BODY SHOTS UP SO WE CAN SEE MY PROGRESS.IM EXCITED, SO PLEASE GIVE UR FEEDBACK.THAT WOULD KEEP ME HONEST,AND HELP ME OUT ALOT.IMA PUT MY FIRST WEEK PICTURES UP THIS FRIDAY.
